Treats Around Every Corner At The Rensselaerville Cycling Festival

Teams of creative volunteers will be what make their aid stations along the Team Jamis - Hagens Berman Gran Fondo and Festival Ride routes truly special, but they want to give you a sneak peek at some of the treats that they'll be serving up to you during your ride.

All aid stations will be stocked with energy bars and energy drinks from Herbalife 24, spare tubes and tires from Vittoria, and chain lube from Pro Gold, the same great stuff used by Team Jamis - Hagens Berman.

But every stop will have a few surprises and indulgences (don't worry you'll earn it)...

Hamlet Stop

Enjoy live music from the Wadhams Waddlers on Main Street in Rensselaerville, and grab a few slices of New York apples slathered in locally-made peanut butter.

Riders: Gran, Medio, Piccolo Fondo and Festival Ride
Supporters: Saratoga Peanut Butter Company and Saratoga Apple

Johnny Cake's Coffee Shop

Sip on some coffee and grab a pastry while you take in the sweeping views of the Catskill Mountains on Johnny Cake Hill Road in Westerlo.

Riders: Gran, Medio and Piccolo Fondo
Supporters: Colavita USA, Stewart's Shops and Freihofer's

Potter Hollow Base Camp

Grab an ice cream (or two!) before the real climbing begins. If that doesn't sound like a good combination, you can save your scoops for the way home when you pass through the second time.

Riders: Gran and Medio Fondo
Supporters: Stewart's Shops

Pratt's Soda Fountain

Freshen up with an old-fashioned glass-bottle New York soda in historic Prattsville before you start your trek back to the party. The village was settled in 1763 and is nestled at the base of the Catskill Mountains.

Riders: Gran Fondo
Supporters: Windham Mountain Outfitters and Friends of Princeton Cycling

The Whinery

Toast (and complain about) your ascent of "The Wall" with a glass of alcohol-free wine, a few chocolates, and 360 degree views of the Helderberg Hilltowns and the Catskill Mountains.

Riders: Gran and Medio Fondo
Supporters: Sutter Home Family Vineyards and Colavita USA
