Cylance Pro Cycling Announces 2017 Roster

Southern California became a hub of activity for the Cylance Pro Cycling as title sponsor Cylance® Inc welcomed the 2017 women’s roster to its Global HQ located in Irvine, CA for a pre-season team camp

This exceptional time was spent without bikes and brought the women from seven different countries to one location for an action-packed week of new sponsor introductions and team-building exercises.

With the core mission of the camp being time with Cylance and valuable educational sessions with new 2017 equipment sponsors, there was also ample time for team-building adventures. Sight-seeing, whale watching and a high ropes course challenge encouraged trust, camaraderie and communication. Relaxation and team bonding happened during a full team manicure/pedicure session prior to attending an executive dinner.

During the dinner, Cylance Pro Cycling was able to learn about the company, its core values, as well interact with executives. The following day, in a relaxed and fun question and answer session, the athletes were able to share personal stories while employees were able to better get to know each individual.

As the excitement continues to build for the 2017 season, Cylance Pro Cycling is ready to announce the final new addition, Marta Tagliaferro, to the team. Known for her crafty lead-out and warrior mindset, Tagliaferro, 27 of Italy, will be a pivotal piece to the team’s overall success. “Tagliaferro is a tremendous bike racer with great abilities to navigate in any sprint finish. We are lucky to have her experience and strength on the team” says Manel Lacambra, Director Sportif.

Cylance Pro Cycling proudly confirms its returning riders, completing the 2017 roster.  Returning riders include: Rossella Ratto, Rachele Barbieri, Krista Doebel-Hickok, Alison Tetrick, and Erica Zaveta.  With the women’s team roster now complete, it is clear that Cylance Pro Cycling is continuing to provide opportunities and a platform to grow women’s cycling worldwide.
