Set for April 10-13, 2025 in the iconic setting of Laguna Seca Recreation Area, this year’s Sea Otter Classic is set to be better than ever, bringing tens of thousands of cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts from around the globe together for an unparalleled experience that blends competition with a celebration of all things cycling and outdoor.
World-Class Racing
The Sea Otter Classic is renowned for its variety of competitive events, ranging from mountain biking and road racing to gravity and gravel riding. Whether you're looking to participate or experience the best in the world go head-to-head, the excitement is nonstop.

Scenic Riding Opportunities
Monterey, California provides the perfect backdrop for unmatched scenic rides. With courses winding through coastal roads and rugged mountain trails, the Sea Otter Classic offers participants and spectators a chance to appreciate the beauty of California's landscapes while engaging in their passion for cycling.
2025 offers new breathtaking rides and routes for road and off-road enthusiasts alike. The untimed 18-mile Robles Off-Road Tour route will loop across Fort Ord’s beautiful western side with 1,900 feet of climbing, promising a rewarding end to the weekend.
Likewise, the Gran Fondo Carmelo returns to the classic Monterey Century route and a host of picture-postcard views as riders tour the vineyards and fields of Salinas Valley, finishing with a challenging climb back into Laguna Seca.
