Introducing Farm to Fork Training Plans by Peaks Coaching Group
Farm to Fork have teamed up with Peaks Coaching Group to create some incredible cycling training plans for anyone interested in improving their fitness or preparing one of our upcoming Farm to Fork Small Group Bike Tours
Hunter Allen, the founder of Peaks Coaching Group and co-author of Training and Racing with a Power Meter, has personally written these 12-week cycling training plans and crafted them in collaboration with us just for the Farm to Fork audience. Each plan is available to download into the TrainingPeaks.com app or as a PDF for printing. Easy to understand daily workouts will guide the rider to increase overall endurance, speed and fitness. Priced reasonably between $19.99 and $39.99, the training plans are made for each different Farm to Fork Fitness Adventure distance and level of cyclist.
