Another record turnout for the 21st edition of the Cyclotour du Léman
Benefiting from perfect weather conditions, 3,490 cyclists took to the start line of the Cyclotour du Léman last weekend
The cross-border cyclosportive, which straddles France and Switzerland, is recognised as one of the biggest events for amateur and professional cyclists.
With 4,000 participants, registrations for the Cyclotour du Léman were already full two months before the event - proof of the enormous popularity and ever-growing importance of this cyclosportive.
This year hosted three routes, the 176 km Gran Fondo from Lausanne and back, the 112km Medio Fondo from Evian to Lausanne and the 64 Piccolo Fondo from Lausanne to Evian.
Participants enjoyed the Cyclotour Village in Lausanne with food and beer after the race around Lake Geneva.
The event is part of the 2024 Gran Fondo World Tour® Series.
The next edition takes place 25 May 2025.
