Distances: 55, 95, 125 km
Difficulty: Moderate terrain with rolling short steep hills or moderate, sustained climbs

During Gravel National Park we drive through the Hoge Kempen National Park,a magnificent nature reserve of more than 12,000 hectares spread over no less than 10 Limburg municipalities. Vast pine forests, alternating with purple-flowering heather, large ponds and high peaks that offer great views. The Hoge Kempen National Park is the only national park in Belgium and we can be damn proud of that!

But that's not all. We also meander along the Meuse, the largest river in our country. This impressive rain river can grow at a rapid pace in winter, while in summer it can be forded on foot in many places. This whimsical characteristic of the Meuse causes a lot of gravel deposits on the banks. Gravel I hear you say?! Ideal for a gravel tour!

In short, kill 2 birds with 1 stone and gravel together with us during National Park Gravel and discover both the Hoge Kempen National Park and the Maasland in a unique way. On Saturday 30 October you can choose from a course of 45 km, 70 km or 100 km with departure in the shadow of the beautiful 'Terhills'.
