Mark Twain wrote “Get a Bicycle. You will not regret it. If you live” in his short story Taming the Bicycle. In that spirit, Let’s put some “Pain on Twain” as we will be riding Gravel on Saturday, April the 9th, 2022 in Hannibal, MO and you are invited to join us. For the last two years we paused the event but now we are back in action. We have a 60-, 40-, and 20-mile route option. The route generally heads south into Ralls County with few paved connectors.

There are no rules. There is no fee, no t-shirts, no swag, no food and the course might not be marked. We will post digital routes. We will also hang out at the Mark Twain Brewery after and hope you join us for beers and burgers but we spent our $$ on new gear so you need to pay for yourself. One thing we ARE doing is asking for a free will donation to support local Bike/Ped recreation trails. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask and we will probably answer "whatever".

We have 60 40 and 20 mile route options:

Short 20 miles: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/955819
Medium 40 miles: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/780787
Long 60 mile: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/780782
