The Honolulu Century Ride is the oldest and largest cycling event in Hawaii! Come ride aloha with 2000+ other cyclists. This event starts and finishes near Waikiki at Kapiolani Park. Start is at 6am. Ride between 5 and 100 miles, with aid stations along the way. Return to the park for lunch and entertainment, from groups like the Royal Hawaiian Band!

Proceeds from this event support the Hawaii Bicycling League, a local non-profit focused on advocacy, education, and events in an effort to make Hawaii a cycling paradise.

Honolulu Century Ride

The Honolulu Century Ride is an untimed ride in which riders roll at their own pace. There are no official finishing places or times. This gives riders new to Hawaii plenty of freedom to enjoy the sights along the way. The front pack in the ride, however, has some great cyclists riding at near-professional pace.

Aid Stations located approximately every 12 miles.

Bike Rentals The Bike Shop Honolulu offers Specialized road, mountain, and commuter style bikes.

Course Information Most of the course is flat with a prevailing east or north-east wind that usually is blowing at 5-15 miles per hour by afternoon. These winds can be more of a challenge than the hills. There are two course closure times: To ride 75 miles, you must pass Kailua Aid Station by 11am. To ride 100 miles, you must pass 7-Eleven Aid Station by 10:30am. If you arrive after these times you will be asked to turn back to the finish line for your safety.
