Thank you for your interest in the Last Century. This ride is part of the ADIRONDACK ULTRA CHALLENGE and ADIRONDACK ULTRA CUP.

The course will be a rolling figure 8 loop through Saratoga County and will take us along the Hudson River and to Saratoga Lake, Wilton, Gansevoort and Moreau.  If a century in December is a bit much, or if it's a little too wintry, we're also offering the 52 mile FINAL FIFTY. In addition, there is a 30 MILE SHORTCUT, if you just want to stretch your legs for a little bit.

We'll start promptly from the ADIRONDACK ULTRA CYCLING BIKE SHOP, located at: 160 Broad Street, SCHUYLERVILLE, NY. When arriving and departing, please be courteous, especially if it is early in the morning or late at night, as this is a mixed residential/business neighborhood. Also make sure to give yourself adequate time to arrive, check in, register and get ready, and please do not park in another business' lot or block a driveway or the street itself, otherwise your vehicle may be towed. We do not have a parking lot, but there is ample street parking in front of the shop and on adjacent streets. For travel directions and parking instructions, CLICK HERE.

Same day, on-site registration will be available and begins one hour before start time. You may also pre-register for any of our events at the shop at any time during our regular business hours or on-line at BIKE REG.

Be sure to dress according to the conditions, and if you think you may finish after dark, you'll also need to use lights and must adhere to our minimum lighting requirements: 600 lumen minimum steady white light in the front, attached to the bicycle; two 50 lumen minimum red lights in the rear (one set to flashing, one set to steady), both attached to the bicycle; a reflective sash, vest or jacket; and reflective ankle bands or footwear. Additional lighting and reflective gear is also highly recommended and please note that helmet mounted lights are not acceptable as your primary light, but may be used as a supplemental light. Lights are also highly recommended for daytime use as well, both front and rear, set to flashing. Please make sure you have enough battery power to get through the entire night and/or ride, which will be between 2-40 hours. If you have any questions about our lighting requirements, please CONTACT US before you register for any of our night rides. Our lighting requirements supersede all other sanctioning organization's requirements.

This ride will be unsupported on the road, unless stated otherwise in this description, but we'll have food at the start and finish, along with gels, drinks and bars to take along with us. We'll also provide emergency sag, if needed, but generally as a last resort, so please make sure you are properly trained and equipped for this ride. To help you prepare, we've created a rider checklist. To view it, CLICK HERE. The shop will also be open before and after the ride, in case anyone needs anything or forgot something. In addition, if you need your bike serviced for this ride, CONTACT US to set up an appointment. We can usually accommodate riders on short notice, but a week's time frame is best, especially if you need major work preformed.

This ride will be held rain or shine, but if there is a chance of snow, ice or other dangerous conditions, it will be postponed and rescheduled. If that occurs, and a pre-registered rider can't make the new date, they'll be given credit toward another ride. Otherwise, entry fees are non refundable and non transferable.
