The 60 mile loop offers over 3500 feet of climbing! Plan to get your race season started with some of Southwest Michigan's most challenging dirt roads during the spring thaw.

Prize / Race Categories

24 Mile: Male and Female (0-19), (20-29), (30-39), (40-49), (50-59), (60 and Over). Male and Female Fat Tire.
35 Mile: Male and Female (0-29), (30-39), (40-49), (50-59), (60 and Over), Male and Female Fat Tire, Co-ed Single Speed, and Tandem.
60 Mile: Open Class Race / Podium Pay Out & Prize Structure TBD.
24 Mile Race placements receive medals through 3rd place.

35 Mile Race placements receive medals and gift card prizes through 3rd place.
Additionally, the fastest male and fastest female on the 35 mile route will each receive a $250 cash prize and be deemed the 2020 Melting Mann and Melting WoMann.

Each Division in 60 Mile Race will receive medals through 3rd place. The cash pay out structure for each gender is based on a minimum participation level of 65 racers*. 1st Place $500 / 2nd Place $400 / 3rd Place $300 / 4th Place $200 / 5th Place $100. *We thank The Pit Fitness Ranch for sponsoring our race plates AND for generously sponsoring the 60 Mile Women's Division, matching the cash pay out of the men's division despite the diffrence in participation.(Typically, if the participation levels are not met in either gender, the pay out is based on a percentage of the revenue generated.)

2019 Melting Mann total prizes amounted to over $7000.00. We expect to surpass that amount for our 2020, 7th Annual Melting Mann.
